Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

RemyTalk is built for non-speaking children and their families. We take privacy seriously because the people using this app are kids, and the things they type and tap are some of the most personal data there is. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, what we don't, and why.

What we collect

Only what we need to make the app work for you:

What we never collect

How children's data is handled

Parents and caregivers create the account. The app is designed so that a child can use it without ever needing to enter personal information themselves. Voice recordings made by a parent for their child are stored under the parent's account and are never shared, sold, or used to train any AI model.

Voices and AI

When you use a premium AI voice, the text you ask to speak is sent to our voice provider to generate audio. That text is not stored by us beyond what is needed to deliver the audio. We do not use your text to train AI models. You can switch to the on-device system voice at any time in Settings if you prefer everything to stay local.

Where your data lives

Your account and boards are stored securely with our cloud backend, which is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can use the app fully offline; when you reconnect, changes sync to your account.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. If you delete your account, we delete your data. If you have questions, email Damien@ClearSkaiTechnologies.com.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app the next time you sign in.

Plain promise

Your child's words belong to your child. We are stewards, not owners. That will never change.
